The Fantasmas will hit the road for a few shows in the southeast starting with New Orleans, LA at the Blue Nile on Thursday, December 4th brought to you by the wonderful WWOZ 90.7 FM.  Friday night December 5th we return to Hattiesburg, MS for a throwdown at the St James Wright VFW Hall and then wrap up in Atlanta, GA on Saturday, Dec 6th at The Earl.

"Groupo Fantasma: All I could talk about on Monday morning (with what little voice I had left) was how brain-stomping amazing Groupo Fantasma is. You haven’t lived until you’ve seen these guys come out of a Tex-Mex drum solo into Led Zepplin’s “Moby Dick”. Easily the tightest act of the fest. This time I actually did have the cojones to climb onto the stage, which is when I got to witness a miracle of sorts. Groupo Fantasma are like a pied piper for women. I began to notice that any woman within hearing distance, who was backstage, dropped whatever they were doing and began to hypnotically gyrate in the direction of the stage. Pretty soon, I was just about the only guy up there."
