Cinematic & psychedelic latin funk collaboration between Adrian Quesada of GF and Martin Perna of Antibalas on ESL Records. The first single is called “Tamarindio” and is available with a remix by Thievery Corporation on the A-Side on ITunes.

INSIDE THE CIRCLE
GF's own Adrian Quesada composed and recorded an original score for Marcy Garriott's documentary film about Texas B-Boys. Both the movie and soundtrack have been receiving critical acclaim, and it's been screening worldwide. Inside the Circle website

TEXAS MUSIC PROJECT COMPILATION
"Dont Mess with La Musica de Tejas" to benefit music education in Texas schools is now available at many Texas retail outlets, HEB, most Starbucks locations and online here. Also on the CD are Ruben Ramos, Los Lonely Boys, Del Castillo, Latin Breed and many more. Fantasma contributes one track, the disco-funk throwback “Ya No Puedo.”

COLORS MUSIC: CUMBIA
Look out for Fantasma on ‘Colors Music: Cumbia’ released in conjunction with Irma Records and Colors Magazine. It features many interpretations of the Colombian style of music we all know and love, ranging from the traditional to the electronic. Also on the album are Celso Piña, Señor Coconut, Sonora Dinamita, Los De Abajo and many more.

MEXICO: THE GREATEST SONGS EVER
“Laredo” feat. DJ Baby G and “Soy El Hombre” have been included on a compilation album called “Mexico: The Greatest Songs Ever.” We are in good company as the album features many great artists, including Los Super Seven, Ely Guerra, Los Lobos, Ozomatli, Los Panchos and many, many more. It was picked up by Time/Life so look for it in a store near you!
